How we gave Northstar at Tahoe a face lift.

Tackling a multi-faceted project is nothing new for R. L. Brown Construction, so when the owners and management team from Northstar asked about replacing the siding and windows in two hotel buildings we got to work.

Jackson Rancheria gets a new look with help from R. L. Brown Construction.

R. L. Brown Construction has supported Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort on several projects. Water intrusion issues were addressed. We removed the Exterior Insulated Finishing System (EIFS) and installed a new panelized rain screen system, windows, and pedestrian bridge. In addition, we have performed a fire alarm upgrade/multiple guest room bathroom modernization.

An updated exterior for Brickyard Landing

Brickyard Landing is a 310-unit condominium complex located in the Brickyard Cove area of Point Richmond. This project, consisting of five 4-story buildings on top of 2 level parking garages, involved the removal and replacement of exterior shingle siding, the installation of complex flashing details and repainting.
